Bug description:
  Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.32

  After booting Ubuntu 10.04 (amd64), my RTL8111/8168B network card
  (driver: r8169) is reported as not connected to the wired network -
  even after rebooting into Windows 7 or Ubuntu 9.10. A cold reboot
