Small Clarification: This bug is still opened and being worked on. The
fixes (cherry picked and proposed for SRU) did not fix the original
issue so they were reverted (as default policy for SRUs). The
investigation continues, if you do have this NIC and had suffered from
the same issue please provide comments...
