it needs lots of other commits too, makes no sense to backport them all,
especially we don't have plan to support braswell in trusty 3.13

  mmc: sdhci: Add PCI IDs for Intel Braswell
  mmc: sdhci: Let a driver override timeout clock frequency(have some conflicts)
