Right now I can't install anything, not even update my system

Any advice or workaround to get rid of tpl.

sudo apt-get purge tpl raises the following error:

  i was installing tlp and the error showed up there is an error in that
  repository i think

  sudo apt-get install tlp

  and the error is here
