  Realtek RTS5159 Card Reader not working with Integral SD 2GB MLC

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  My SD card reader stopped working a few releases back.

  Issue
  When I plug a Integral SD 2GB MLC card into the reader it does not get mounted and not displayed in the file manager.

  Expected behavior
  It is expected that the card be detected and mounted so that it can be displayed and used via the file manager.
