  NO HDMI Audio [Radeon HD 4000 series] Sound

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  TV plugged in HDMI port

  Problem happens with Kernel versions 4 or above

  i try with all 4+ but didn't works.

  At the moment 4.1.0-040100rc2-generic but same issue.

  HDMI audio works if I select an older kernel (3.16.0-38 -
  3.19.8-031908)

  tarjeta 1: HDMI [HDA ATI HDMI], dispositivo 3: HDMI 0 [HDMI 0]
    Subdispositivos: 1/1
    Subdispositivo #0: subdevice #0

  HDMI appears but don't sound.
