  several users report  rtl8723be still have problem on recent version
  of Ubuntu ,

  suggested open a new bug,

  the utopic LTS enablement stack (HWE), including 3.16 kernel. uname -a looked like this:
  Linux buchanan-probook-455 3.16.0-38-generic #52~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Fri May 8 09:43:57 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

  Also, with utopic kernel and module, some user report adding ips=N and
  fwlps=N does not help.
