  1814:3290 wifi broken on  RT3290 [ieee80211 phy0:
  rt2x00queue_flush_queue: Warning - Queue 2 failed to flush]

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Wifi is unusable slow below ubuntu. Works correctly below Windows.
  The problem is the old buggy behavior of the RT3290 wifi driver and reported already and solved for older ubuntu releases.

  The hardware here is a HP Notebook:  HP 350 G1
