Title:
igbvf driver is missing from virtual-flavored kernel
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Status in linux source package in Lucid:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
"The igbvf driver supports 82576-based virtual function devices that
can only be activated on kernels that support SR-IOV." It's also
useful in virtual machines that have these VF devices assigned to
them.
Right now, only server-flavord kernels include this driver, which is
mildly inconvenient.
Description: Ubuntu 10.04.2 LTS
Release: 10.04
