  resume from suspend fails with 2.6.33-70 update

Bug description:
  I have been suspending my 10.04 mythtv workstation for over a year
  with the command "/usr/bin/dbus-send --print-reply --system
  --dest=org.freedesktop.UPower /org/freedesktop/UPower
  org.freedesktop.UPower.Suspend" and resuming by remote control (lirc)
  with USB0 enabled in /proc/acpi/wakeup.  This has worked well from the
  start and all kernel updates including 2.6.28, .29, .30, .31, and .32.
  It's only with this latest .33 update that resume fails.  Suspend
  still works but resume fails.  Reverting back to .32 in grub allows
  resume to once again work correctly.
