v3.13.11-ckt22 stable updates.

  USB devices found but not working

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  USB devices don't work properly for me in Linux 3.13.0-54-generic and
  *-55-generic, i can see them with lsusb but the devices are not
  created. For instance there is no input device for the keyboard.

  The mother board  is an Intel S1200BTS.
