Title:
  My new ASUS X453MA laptop only starts with boot parameter noapic,
  acpi=off, acpi_osi=Windows and pci=noacpi

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The only boot parameter that initialize the systems with the majority
  of functionalities is noapic. Sometimes i have to restart several
  times my computer with noapic to make it start.

  It always show the error message: failure requesting irq 32

  And even after the system is running, sometimes if am playing a video
  online the 4 cpu's get hot (nearly 90  deegrees Celsius)

  Suspend, hibernate and shutdown works fine, but is really annoying
  having to restart to computer several times to make start.
