That was the error when I ran apport-collect 1221075. When I ran ubuntu-bug linux, I got this problem:

Bug description:
  Waking from Hibernate results in soft lockup, my 4 CPU cores stuck for
  22-23s seconds. I'm using a 64-bit system with Linux version
  3.8.0-29-generic.
