[Bug 1475055] [NEW] The wireless on this machine (Dell XPS 15 9343) is constantly crashing

Public bug reported:

I've included a dmesg from after a point when the wireless is no longer
working. Also, I experience frequent panics (caps lock blinking). I
don't know if that is related since I haven't yet been able to get any
information after such a crash. When it crashes that way, I generally
have to power cycle the machine, let it boot to the dell logo, and then
power cycle the machine again to get it to boot.
