Title:
  [i915_bpo] Rebase to 4.2-rc3

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in linux source package in Vivid:
  In Progress

Bug description:
This SRU cycle would roll the module forward to v4.2-rc3. No core-
drm/SAUCE changes needed, so no cert testing required either.

on top of v4.2-rc3 is one commit from -next that fixes a divide-by-
zero issue when counting the watermark on SKL.
