  kernel 3.13.0-59 breaks Steam

Bug description:
  Hi.

  Today I got this kernel as a security update. Unfortunately, it breaks
  Steam. It can't find its games library folders and also can't display
  the store page. dmesg is spammed with:

  Booting using kernel  3.13.0-58 solves the issue.
