This is one of the bug that we would like to be integrated in the 15.10
release. The patches will probably make kernel 4.3.

Bug description:
  We need to add an internal kernel API to CAPI so that kernel device
  drivers can access CAPI.  This includes creating a virtual PHB bus for
  accelerators and creating an API specific for managing CAPI contexts,
  interrupts etc.
