Bug description:
  CID: 201201-10383 Dell Optiplex 7010 DT

  No DisplayPort audio output with the open source radeon driver.
  The output source does not appear in the Sound settings when the DisplayPort was connected.

  This problem could be solved by installing the AMD proprietary driver.

  And according to comment #5 in bug 1186879,
  it seems that this audio feature was disabled intentionally.
