Title:
  3.13.0-59 (also 3.13.0-61) bursting Lenovo Y470N

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I noticed my Lenovo Y470N is really hot after switching to kernel
  3.13.0-61. Then I installed 3.13.0-59 (which I didn't use before) to
have a test and had the similar phenomenon.

Prior to 3.13.0-59, the usual temperature of my Y470N is around 60°C.

  ~$ sudo sensors
  acpitz-virtual-0
  Adapter: Virtual device
  temp1: +56.0°C (crit = +127.0°C)

  coretemp-isa-0000
  Adapter: ISA adapter
  Physical id 0: +57.0°C (high = +86.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
  Core 0: +57.0°C (high = +86.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
  Core 1: +56.0°C (high = +86.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)

When I was using 3.13.0-59 or 3.13.0-61. The temperature never goes
down to 65°C. In most cases, it's around 70°C.

  ~$ sudo sensors
  [sudo] password for fkj:
  acpitz-virtual-0
  Adapter: Virtual device
  temp1: +66.0°C (crit = +127.0°C)

  coretemp-isa-0000
  Adapter: ISA adapter
  Physical id 0: +70.0°C (high = +86.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
  Core 0: +70.0°C (high = +86.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
  Core 1: +65.0°C (high = +86.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)

After surfing the web for half an hour this can even up to 90°C. For
example, here's the sensors result after I finish typing this bug
  report.

  ~$ sudo sensors
  acpitz-virtual-0
  Adapter: Virtual device
  temp1: +84.0°C (crit = +127.0°C)

  coretemp-isa-0000
  Adapter: ISA adapter
  Physical id 0: +87.0°C (high = +86.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
  Core 0: +87.0°C (high = +86.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
  Core 1: +83.0°C (high = +86.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)

As a result the fan is getting louder and louder every time. And I can
sense the taste of burnt at the air vent.
