I have installed the P8 Hardware with Ubuntu 14.04.3 and executed the test scenario again.

No sensors found!
Make sure you loaded all the kernel drivers you need.
Try sensors-detect to find out which these are.

---Steps to Reproduce---
Install a PowerNV 8335-GTA machine with Ubuntu 14.04.3 netboot images.
Then load the kernel module ibmpowernv on the same.
