They all have the latest firmware.
OS is Ubuntu 14.04.
Tested with kernel 3.13.0, 3.16.0, 3.19.0.
To reproduce the crash faster:
I have created a script and run:
smartctl -a -d cciss,x /dev/sg0, where x=0..11
in a while (true).
It crashed in less than a minute.
