The patches for this launchpad was upstreamed and we don't need any
further action from Canonical if 15.10 ships with kernel 4.2.

Bug description:
  We need to add an internal kernel API to CAPI so that kernel device
  drivers can access CAPI.  This includes creating a virtual PHB bus for
  accelerators and creating an API specific for managing CAPI contexts,
  interrupts etc.
