[Bug 1484307] [NEW] Stuck in airplane mode after suspend

Public bug reported:

On my HP Pavilion laptop, every time I suspend, then resume my laptop,
I'm stuck in airplane mode (no bluetooth, no wifi). If I press the
"airplane" button, nothing changes. If I reboot, my wifi and bluetooth
come back, and the airplane mode goes away... until I suspend / resume
again.

Here is the output of rfkill list all:

 * Before suspend:

0: hci0: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no

 * After suspend:

1: phy0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: yes

Notice that, after suspend, there is not hci0 entry anymore!

Also not that I don't really carre about bluetooth but I really want to
find a way to get my wifi back after resume without having to reboot
every tme...

Thanks!
