Yes, just now.

I used the 15.04 x64 live-usb (I'm still running Arch Linux now).

All I had to do was follow the support page from DisplayLink:

Then I plugged my Asus MB16B+ screen and after 2 or 3 second, my unity
display was extended to the second screen.
