  bcmwl cannot be compiled for trusty (14.04) - utopic HWE

Status in bcmwl package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I get the following error when installing the utopic HWE:

  Examining /etc/kernel/header_postinst.d.
  run-parts: executing /etc/kernel/header_postinst.d/dkms 3.16.0-30-generic /boot/vmlinuz-3.16.0-30-generic
  Error! Could not locate dkms.conf file.
  File:  does not exist.
  Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 3.16.0-30-generic (x86_64)
  Consult /var/lib/dkms/bcmwl/6.30.223.141+bdcom/build/make.log for more information.

  enclosed is the actual make.log that shows the error.

  Looks like bcmwl needs to be updated for trusty to allow utopic HWE to
  be installed correctly
