[Bug 1491070] [NEW] On removal the package should warn a reboot is needed
Public bug reported:
When the bcmwl-kernel-source package is removed it should communicate
that a reboot is needed. This will be picked up by software-properties-
gtk and be communicated to the user. Attached is a patch.
