Title:
  0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth Dongle (HCI mode)

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The most cheap usb bluetooth sticks will not work with kernel 4.1.0 or
  4.2.0 (Wily).

  There is a patch upstream which fix this issue:
