[Bug 1435040] Re: Ubuntu Phone (BQ E4.5) does not connect to car-bluetooth

Just add-apt-repository doesn't work as the priority of a silo is below
the regular archive so those things aren't pulled in.

At best you use the citrain command line tool for this. However if
you're installing a silo you will put your device into unsupported state
and have to reflash to avoid any problems on OTA upgrade. See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/citrain/LandingProcess#Command-Line_Tool for how
to install the citrain tool.

Then it is simple as this:

$ citrain device-upgrade 43 <your device pin>

Wait a bit and the device will go through a reboot.

Bug description:
  With my FORD Focus Car, pairing does not work. The bluetooth system in
  the car searches for devices and shows "Aquaris E4.5 Ubuntu Edition"
  and then prompts me to connect with a 4-digit pin code, but the Ubuntu
  phone doesn't react at all and after a while the car system says that
  it failed to connect.
