Bug description:
  [Impact]

  * Both mako and flo will receive an upgraded in-kernel bluetooth stack taken from 4.2-rc7
  * No other devices are affected
  * BlueZ 4.101 still used on touch which continues to work as the kernel interface is still supported

  * Power management issues as newly ported driver and stack prevents
  the device from going to sleep
