[Bug 1495684] [NEW] One of the linux goldfish headers should depend on gcc-4.7

Public bug reported:

The goldfish kernel buildrequires on gcc-4.7, and thus anyone attempting
to use the headers for the goldfish kernel for out-of-tree code also
needs the gcc-4.7 packages installed; build failures occur if they don't
-- see bug 1495095 and bug 1495096 for examples where DKMS modules
failed to build because gcc-4.7 was not installed.

** Affects: linux-goldfish (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
