[Dell Latitude 3150] Hibernate will turn Wifi / BT off on 14.04.2

Bug description:
CID: 201412-16319 Dell Latitude 3150
Running hibernate will turn the Wireless network and Bluetooth off,
however it can be re-enabled with the wireless hotkey.
Steps:
1. Install 14.04.2 + update
2. Run hibernate with "sudo pm-hibernate"
3. Wake it up.
Expected result:
* Wireless and Bluetooth still working.
Actual result:
* They got disabled.
