- Running hibernate will turn the Wireless network and Bluetooth off,
- however it can be re-enabled with the wireless hotkey.

Steps:
1. Install 14.04.2 + update
2. Run hibernate with "sudo pm-hibernate"
3. Wake it up.
+ 4. Hibernate it again.
+ 5. Wake it up
Expected result:
- * Wireless and Bluetooth still working.
+ * Wireless and Bluetooth should be working all the time.
Actual result:
- * They got disabled.
+ * They got disabled on the first, third, fifth... cycle
+
+ You can replace hiberate here in the steps with suspend, and will get
+ the same result.

Bug description:
CID: 201412-16319 Dell Latitude 3150
Running hibernate or suspend will turn the Wireless network and
Bluetooth off on the first time, and turn it on on the second time,
however it can alway be re-enabled with the wireless hotkey.
Steps:
1. Install 14.04.2 + update
2. Run hibernate with "sudo pm-hibernate"
3. Wake it up.
4. Hibernate it again.
5. Wake it up
Expected result:
* Wireless and Bluetooth should be working all the time.
Actual result:
