Title:
3.19.0 kernel causes a ton of things to not work
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
With the 3.19 kernel, my I have a HP Pavilion 17-f000 Notebook looses
tons of functionality. My screen backlight settings, hardware
acceleration for for my DE (Cinnmon), my wireless mouse, a sound, and
wifi, and probably more things to stop working. I don't have this
problem on other kernels (3.13, 3.16, 4.0, & 4.2).
My OS is Linux Mint 17.2 Cinnamon 64-bit; I originally had been 17.1 installed before I upgraded.
