The description has been updated twice now previously when I ran the
command and hit send and just how when I did the same thing. Note this
line:

UnreportableReason: The running kernel is not an Ubuntu kernel

  This has been going on for over a year. It doesn't matter if I have any
  applications open such as Evolution or Firefox. It could happen any time
  during the day when I'm working on the computer or during the night when
  its' the most idle. Once the video freezes the cursor can still be moved
  around the desktop however clicking on anything does not work. During
  this time all background process and cronjobs continue to run.
