[Bug 1498137] [NEW] The backport of driver for I2C on Sunrisepoint PCH breaks the touchpad on some Skylake systems

Patches were pulled into the Vivid kernel as part of the request in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/hwe-next/+bug/1488395. However, after
additional testing it has been found that this breaks the touchpad on
some Skylake systems.
Revert the patch that enables this backport.
