Title:
Instability with Broadcom Corporation BCM4352 802.11ac Wireless
Network Adapter [14e4:43b1] (rev 03) Ubuntu Trusty 14.04.2

Status in bcmwl package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Wifi is completly unstable. After reboot there is no way for me to use
  it.

  $ rfkill list
  0: phy0: Wireless LAN
  	Soft blocked: no
  	Hard blocked: no
  1: brcmwl-0: Wireless LAN
  	Soft blocked: no
  	Hard blocked: YES
  3: hci0: Bluetooth
  	Soft blocked: no
  	Hard blocked: no

  The card is always locked.

The only way to make it work I found by accident when the system goes
to sleep and comes back up it magically is available.

This workaround only worked in kernel 3.16.0-33-generic and not in the
  generic 3.13

I reported more info in the forums but had no response:
