Bug description:
Wifi is completly unstable. After reboot there is no way for me to use
it.
$ rfkill list
0: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
1: brcmwl-0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: YES
3: hci0: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
The card is always locked.
The only way to make it work I found by accident when the system goes
to sleep and comes back up it magically is available.
This workaround only worked in kernel 3.16.0-33-generic and not in the
generic 3.13
