Confirmed with latest upstream : 4.3.0-040300rc3-generic #201509271225

Note that with latest kernel, the wifi LED is on with wapf=4 only.

Bug description:
  Same issue than #1277959 on Asus BU401LG

  I tried to set wapf=1 to 5 without any change
  Please note that with wapf=1, the wifi LED is on, but the Fn+F2 has no effect 
  Wifi is working correctly.
