I installed the kernel from
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1445195/precise/ , on a Ubuntu
12.04 x64 vm on Hyper-V.  After installing, the vm won't boot ( NULL
pointer dereference ).

I attached the boot log.
