[Bug 1222372] [NEW] Lots of internet problems- can't update, browsers don't work, many webpages don't work, everything is slow, feels like a virus

I'm really not sure what happened.  For the past week the internet has had lots of trouble.  Amazon.com doesn't work, youtube don't work.  I type in the address and the browser says that it can't find the webpage.  It can't download updates from ubuntu.  the whole system feels sluggish.
