Thank you. This needs to be fixed in the kernel driver then, as without
a scan code there is nothing we can do in userspace.

Bug description:
  The brightness can be changed through commands, however the brightness
  keys fn+f6 (brighter) and fn+f5 (dimmer) are not detected by
  acpi_listen, thus the hotkey functions do not activate.
