Bug description:
  Not sure if it is the same with:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1503568

  After updating to linux-image-3.19.0-31 the system will boot until
  lightdm. After entering the password and pressing enter, it stops
  responding. Not even able to enter a terminal session.

  Using 14.04.3 with unity desktop.
  lspci -vnvn attached.
