Bug description:
  Similar to LP: #1503568 and LP: #1503754, but on Vivid.

  After rebooting on the freshly installed 3.19.0-31-generic kernel, I'm
  able to login on lightdm and see the desktop, but I have no network
  and I'm not able to poweroff/reboot/logout via the UI or via the
  terminal (the command just hangs).

  In the dmesg I have the following oops:
