[Bug 1504321] Re: Freeze after selecting text in LO while using nouveau
Christopher, Thank you for your rapid response.
Since posting the bug last night I have switched nvidia driver (as others suggested in the original thread). This has solved the problem for me.
I'll try to find the time to switch back to nouveau and check out your bios fix but I'm a little busy for the next week or so - the freeze issue has been interfering with my work and now I need to make up lost time. If the bios fix doesn't work for me then I'll let you know.
