Visi Bilius, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu
better. As per
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z170-A/HelpDesk_Download/ an update to
your computer's buggy and outdated BIOS is available (1101). If you
update to this following https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BIOSUpdate
does it change anything?

If it doesn't, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date

Bug description:
  I see warnings similar to this occasionally in the dmesg output.
  I first noticed it, when the system refused to put load on all but one core, and I tried to find the reason.
  But it happened again a few times, and I did not notice that effect (or any).
  I do not know the trigger. I suspect playing video.
  This is a fresh install of Ubuntu 15.04 on a fresh hardware.

  I found several similar error reports with google. All appeared to be unsolved.
  I thought, I submit this report, anyway. Perhaps it provides some new information.
