  rfcomm can cat as root but not as dialout user

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  when i try to connect via bluetooth to a device, it connects and shows
  rfcomm0 as the bt serial port, but i can only acces as a root user,
  even being part of the dialout group, and even the port shows itself a
  s permissions root:dialout
