[Bug 1506075] [NEW] thinkpad x250 cracking sound on start

Since the upgrade to the wily beta from vivid I get a cracking sound each time the first sound is played (e.g. the starting sound) on my Thinkpad X250.
This did not happen with Ubuntu Vivid.
