Public bug reported:

wifi and bluetooth don't work with ubuntu 14.04, 15.04 and 15.10; the
wifi interface is the BCM43142; the computer model is sony vaio
SVF14A1/SVF15A1

next, some reports of ubuntu 15.04

To run a command as administrator (user "root"), use "sudo <command>".
