Title:
  [i845] Resolution cannot be set higher than 640x480 and doesn't fit
  screen

Bug description:
  In Lubuntu 11.10 I cannot set the resolution higher than 640x480.  The
  screen clearly doesn't like this and doesn't fit the desktop.  See
