[Bug 1147972] Re: [HP Pavilion dm1-4004sa Entertainment Notebook PC] suspend/resume failure [non-free: fglrx]

Hi Christopher

I updated to F.19 not long after submitting this report, and the issue
still occurs.

Ubuntu detects this as a failure to resume from suspend, but the issue
is actually slightly different. Specifically, the issue is that the
notebook fails to shutdown before the battery runs out, if the notebook
is suspended at the time.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Suspend the notebook by closing the lid
2) Leave the notebook unplugged from the power supply and suspended, until the battery is exhausted
3) On plugging in the notebook and booting up, Ubuntu displays the error report and offers to send it.

Output of sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date:
F.19
02/04/2013

Thanks
Nick
