We don't use LP merge requests for linux-firmware, also we generally
prefer direct cherry picks of the relevant commits.

I can apply those commits - is vivid the only release which needs them?
Seems like trusty might also want them for the lts-vivid kernel.
3bb141ac9cef56e2c3062ef6d747665d8931347a is also missing from wily, so
seems like we'd probably want that one there too?
